This management package will be for someone who's just starting out & they need guidance on pricing, staging, pictures, cleaners, marketing or how to manage their listing(s). (Contact for price) / one time fee ~ 3 hour consultation (per property)

This management package is more or less catered to someone who has a property or several and needing help with engagement/marketing or someone to handle certain areas of the Air BnB every month. This can be a one time consultation, multiple, or recurring monthly. Again we're an open canvas so let us know how we can help. (Contact for price)/ 3~hr consultation (per property) or setup up a custom monthly rate (% or flat $ amount) depending on what all you need us to do. 

This management package can be for beginners or seasoned hosts that don't want the hassle or headaches of the day to day things that come up. This would be a full hands on deal to where we help stage the home, have a professional photographer come out, setup home descriptions, cleaning crew, how to streamline the process, & more! Again this can be a 1 time setup or most prefer this one to be on a monthly subscription. Prices on this package vary so its best for us to setup a meeting and proceed from there. (Across the industry this is usually a 10-15% fee on gross profits per month on each property). 

We offer flexible lease terms to suit your needs, whether you're looking for a short term rental properties or a long-term lease management.

If you have some ideas on working together with us we're all ears! We work with other short term rental properties as "co-hosts" or partners on properties to which we both have equity in the property. This would be a meeting/consultation to collaborate ideas with.
